These terms apply to use of StoqBook. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
StoqBook is inventory and management software for businesses. It is in early development and offered to selected pilot customers. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.
You are responsible for keeping your password and any two-step login codes private, and for the actions of the people you add to your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
The business data you enter belongs to you. You allow us to store and process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Do not use StoqBook to break the law, to attack or disrupt the service, to try to access another business's data, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
StoqBook calculates stock, costs and suggestions from the information entered and from estimates (including AI-assisted ones). You should check important figures and decisions, such as orders, food safety and tax matters, yourself.
The service is provided "as is" during the pilot. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
You can stop using StoqBook at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
